- Monitoring of Utilisation Certificate and Security Cover
- Details of Debenture issues handled by debenture trustee and their status
- Status of information regarding breach of covenants/terms of the issue, if any action taken by debenture trustee
- Complaints received by debenture trustee including default cases
Status regarding maintenance of accounts maintained under supervision of debenture trustee
- Debenture Redemption Reserve/Debenture Redemption/ maintenance of funds as per Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014
- Recovery Expenses Fund
- Accounts/ funds to be maintained in case of Municipal Debt Securities
- Status of information regarding any default by the Issuer and action taken by debenture trustee.
